HAPARI may provide store credit to customers if an item's price is reduced within seven days of your purchase. If you believe your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, contact customer service at (866) 525-7946 or email@example.com to request a store credit.
Refunds and price adjustments for customers who place orders using Facebook and Instagram Marketplaces will be issued in the form of a store credit that may only be used at HAPARI.com. Refunds and price adjustments to the original form of payment are not allowed for Facebook and Instagram Marketplace orders.
HAPARI reserves the right to terminate discount codes, coupons and any promotional offers at any time without notice. Multiple discounts can not be used during checkout and customers are limited to using one discount code or promotional offer per individual purchase.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Throughout the year, HAPARI offers promotions for free or discounted shipping. These promotions apply only to items shipped within the continental U.S. All international orders are excluded from shipping promotions. During said shipping promotions, your shipping costs will be automatically discounted during the online checkout process. If an order minimum is required per the terms of the promotional shipping and some items are returned, you may become ineligible for the promotion. In this case, a $5 flat-fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for shipping costs.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS CLAIMS
Customers must contact Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of your order to report any issues, such as missing items, incorrect sizes, defective or damaged items, etc. HAPARI will send replacement items on a case-by-case basis.
