Fun 4th of July Activities

It’s time to bust out the fireworks! The 4th of July is right around the corner and it’s time to start planning your celebration. With the holiday landing on a Monday this year,  it’ll be a long weekend for most—say hello to three blissful summer days in a row. Sounds great right? Fireworks are an absolute must on the Fourth of July. Fireworks are essentially synonymous with this holiday. Whether you choose to have your own firework show in your neighborhood or decide to attend a professional firework event, your family and friends will love spending time watching fireworks together. Check your local city and state listings for professional shows in your area—many of them will be free to attend! And, if you’d prefer to relax on the couch at home, you can check out the Macy’s 4th of July Firework Spectacular on NBC.
