This recipe uses both lemon and lime to create a blend that’s incredibly refreshing. Added fruit like bananas and grapes give this just enough of a sweet flavor to taste great without being too sweet.

  • ¼ lemon, peeled
  • ¼ lime, peeled
  • 1 small frozen banana, peeled
  • ½ cup green grapes
  • 1cup fresh curly kale, stems removed
  • 4 ounces filtered water

*Blend ingredients until smooth, pour into your favorite glass or tumbler and enjoy!

This recipe helps detox your body from unhealthy toxins and unwanted materials. How? The lemon, lime, and kale help boost your body’s natural detoxification and elimination systems by providing the nutrients needed to help these systems function properly. Lemons and limes help balance your pH system and are packed with vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium. Leafy greens like kale are incredibly nutrient-dense with vitamin A, C, K, B6, and more.
