This app works with your phone’s GPS to track your distance, speed, and calories burned to give you a comprehensive overview of your workout. Ever feel the need to de-stress? Enter Headspace. This phone app is all about mindfulness and meditation which is needed for just 10 minutes a day. Using this app continuously will help you experience a greater sense of focus, calm and clarity in your life (says founder Andy Puddicombe, a former Buddhist monk). Take a timeout from your day with Headspace.
Daily Water
The 8 cups a day rule when it comes to water in engraved in our minds, which doesn’t sound hard to do right? Wrong. Time to download the app Daily Water which is as simple to use as it sounds. Enter how many cups of water you want to drink a day and check the glasses off in the app as you go. Setting up alerts through out the day to remind you that its time to drink water is also an option.
