Popsicles in Assorted Flavors

There’s nothing quite like a cool popsicle to survive the hot, sweltering, summer days. I’d even argue that melted popsicles all over ones face is basically a right of passage from childhood. Despite their delicious appeal, most popsicles are loaded with enough sugars, dyes, and artificial ingredients to make any mom worried about overloading their child for an inevitable late-afternoon meltdown. An article by Live Strong (Lance Armstrong’s brand and company) also advocates homemade popsicles, saying “Make your own popsicles. This way you can control the ingredients and ensure that your popsicles are healthy and low in calories.” To quench the thirst for an iced-lolly (as our British friends call it), without loading up on the ‘bad stuff,’ we’ve compiled a list of the best healthy and delicious homemade popsicle recipes on the web. Try these yummy treats and let us know how if you love them as much as we do!! P.S. Have a favorite recipe? Let us know! We’d love to share it with our Hapari community.
