It's really heating up outside, but we are cool as cucumbers inside sipping on our Sweet Summer Smoothies! These delectable treats will quench your thirst and your daily dose of fruits and veggies and are filled with healthy proteins! Starting with the essentials we found amazing recipes for sweet summer smoothies that were fairly easy to accomplish and that actually taste good! Being someone who is used to juicing her meals when on the go, these were easy transitions in my diet, but surely take some time to get used to. In our smoothies we get from chain restaurants and fast food retailers we are used to far more unnatural sweeteners that simplifying a recipe to how fruits and vegetables are supposed to taste can seem strange at first, but trust us, once you open your mind to nature you'll find that these sweet summer smoothies hit the spot just right!
