With so many different tankini swimsuit styles, how do you know which one is right for you? It comes down to figuring out what you want in your swimsuit. We all want to look great, that’s a given, but what specific features and functionality are you looking for? Do you want a top that enhances your curves? Or one that has a high-neckline for maximum coverage and sun protection? Or perhaps you want one that’s designed to work well with activities and sports.

At HAPARI, each of our tankini styles are created with specific customer needs and functionality requirements. And, in today’s post, we’re sharing it all with you in our Tankini Shopping Guide! Learn how to match your swimwear needs with the features and functionality in various tankini swimsuit styles. It’s all in the Shopping Guide below, check it out!

For Slimming Silhouettes

For most women, creating a slimming silhouette is always included in their ‘must-have’ swimwear feature list. But, have you ever found a swimsuit that actually does that?! We hadn’t either… so we decided to make our own. With the desire to create a swimsuit that truly helps create a more slimming silhouette and a flatter stomach, we designed the Slimming Tankini Top. This tankini has a built-in mesh liner that shapes and supports the stomach, an often troublesome area for a lot of women, with a ruching design that creates a svelte silhouette.

For Adjustable Lengths

If you’re looking for a tankini top with an adjustable length, look no further than the Swimdress. Many women opt for a Swimdress because they want more coverage to feel comfortable and confident in their suit—and the skirted bottom does just that. With the ability to adjust the length, you can have both a swimdress and a tankini just by either releasing or cinching the side straps. And, the straps on this swimsuit top are removable as well, so you can wear it as is or as a bandeau style instead. This is the tankini top to get if you want the ability to switch up your swimsuit top into many different looks and lengths.

For Maximum Coverage and Support

Now, if you have a large chest and coverage and support are at the top of your swimsuit feature list, then there are two gorgeous tankini styles you should consider—the Underwire Tankini Top & the High-Neck Tankini Top. The Underwire Tankini Top has a built in underwire. Yep, you read that right, an underwire in your swimsuit—just like a bra! This tankini has the support and features of an underwire, coupled with a full-coverage square neckline. So you won’t have to worry about falling out or showing too much cleavage.

The High-Neck Tankini Top is another great option. This top has a halter neckline that covers the majority of your chest area—making it a great option for those that don’t want to show too much skin or want to protect the highly sensitive front chest skin from sun damage.

For Sporty Swimwear

If your beach and pool days are filled with activities, sports, and chasing your kids around all day then you should consider going with a sporty tankini top. There are two really great options with active days in mind: the Sport Tankini Top and the Scoop Tankini Top. The Sport Tankini Top is modeled after your favorite workout tank. With wide straps, an adjustable halter-neckline and a neck that’s flattering without going too low, the sport tankini top is a must-have in your swimwear repertoire. The Scoop Tankini Top has many of the same great features, but its distinction comes in an adjustable drawstring ‘scoop’ neckline for a customized fit.

Creating Curves

Last but not least, if your main swimwear goals are to create curves and boost your bust, then we have three awesome tankinis that will do just that—meet the V-Neck Tankini Top, the Twist Tankini Top, and the Bandeau Tankini Top. All three of these tops have one thing in common: they accentuate your curves giving you the look of added cup sizes. The V-Neck Tankini Top has a deep v-neckline with adjustable halter tie straps and sewn-in padded foam cups. The  Twist Tankini Top has a similar neckline, but instead of a simple front, it has a crossover bodice designed to create the perfect gathering accent. And, last but not least, the Bandeau Tankini Top features removable straps to turn into a strapless top. It creates a stunning silhouette, amplifying your curves, while ensuring you won’t have pesky tan lines!
